For chart regions that normally have a filled background (such as {{Chart.ChartArea}}), this will be {{true}} by default. For chart regions that normally have no background (such as [{{ChartText}}|ChartText] instances like {{Chart.ChartTitle}}) this will be {{false}} by default.
Setting {{ForegroundColor}}, {{BackgroundColor}} or {{Pattern}} on a {{ChartInterior}} object will turn {{Visible}} to {{true}} automatically.
