This defaults to false when creating a new Series.
The data label is considered disabled if this and [ContainsCategoryName|SeriesDataLabel.ContainsCategoryName], [ContainsSeriesName|SeriesDataLabel.ContainsSeriesName], [ContainsValue|SeriesDataLabel.ContainsValue], and [ContainsValueAsPercentage|SeriesDataLabel.ContainsValueAsPercentage] are all false.
If the series category type is not a bubble chart, this has no effect.
