This can be set on any type of PivotTableField PivotTable field (DataFielddata field, ColumnLabelpage field, RowLabel, PageFieldrow label, or column label) but will only have an effect when on a RowLabel row label or ColumnLabelcolumn label.

This property cannot be set on CalculatedFields ValuesLabels and will return null. You can check if a PivotField is calculated field with the IsCacluatedField PropertyPivotTable field is values label with the IsValuesLabel property.
