For chart regions that normally have a filled background (such as Chart.ChartArea), this will be true by default. For chart regions that normally have no background (such as ChartText instances like Chart.ChartTitle) this will be false by default.

Setting ForegroundColor, BackgroundColor or Pattern on a ChartInterior object will turn Visible to true automatically.
