Remarks
If the Shape is directly within a Worksheet, the height is in points (1/72 inch). If the Shape is within Chartsheet, the height is a percentage of the chart's height (0-100).
If you set a shape's height (or Shape.Width) to a value read from a spreadsheet, the shape may lose precision due to the way Excel stores shape dimensions.
